Complete Backyard Remodels in Southwest Florida

Sometimes the pool itself is fine. It is everything around it that needs rethinking. We manage the full transformation as one coordinated project.

Pool Remodeling

One Project. One Team. No Coordination Overhead.

The problem with backyard remodels is not the work itself, it is managing four or five different contractors who do not talk to each other, do not coordinate schedules, and each leave the next trade with a problem to fix. We solve that by handling everything ourselves. Pool resurfacing, new decking, coping and tile, equipment upgrades, landscape integration, outdoor lighting, and screen enclosures, all coordinated as a single project with one timeline and one point of contact.
This model works particularly well across the master-planned communities of Bonita Springs, Estero, and Naples, where HOA approval is required before any work begins. We manage the architectural review process, all documentation, and all coordination with the community association as part of our standard service. You do not have to manage that process separately.

What a Full Remodel Can Include

  • Pool resurfacing with Pebble Tec, quartz, or premium plaster
  • Tile replacement matched to the new surface or updated to a new aesthetic
  • Pool deck replacement in travertine, natural stone, porcelain, or pavers
  • Coping removal and replacement
  • Equipment upgrades including variable-speed pumps, automation, LED lighting, and salt systems
  • Screen enclosure installation or replacement
  • Landscape integration and outdoor lighting
  • HOA architectural review management where required

A Word on Scope

Not every remodel needs everything. We assess the pool’s current condition first, covering the surface, any active leaks, equipment health, and structural integrity. Based on that assessment we recommend only what actually needs doing. A client in Fort Myers whose pool surface is still sound but whose deck is cracking does not need a full resurfacing. We will tell you that.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions: Complete Backyard Remodels

How long does a full backyard remodel take?

It depends on scope. A resurfacing with deck replacement typically runs four to eight weeks. A full remodel including enclosure, equipment, and landscape can run three to four months. We give you a clear timeline before work begins.

Do you manage HOA approval?

Yes. For communities across Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and other gated areas that require architectural review, we prepare and submit all documentation and manage follow-up with the association. This is part of our standard process.

Can we phase the work over time?

Yes. Some clients in Fort Myers and Cape Coral prefer to address the deck first and the resurfacing later. We can structure the project in phases that align with your budget and timing.

What happens if you find structural problems during the remodel?

We stop and tell you. If we drain the pool for resurfacing and find structural cracks or compromised walls, we will show you what we found, explain what it means, and recommend the correct repair before applying any new surface.

Do you work with existing landscape and outdoor kitchen designs?

Yes. If you have existing landscape plans or an outdoor kitchen already in place, we work around them and integrate the pool and deck into what is already there.

Can you handle the entire project in Naples communities like Grey Oaks or Mediterra?

Yes. We are familiar with the HOA requirements across the major Naples communities and have worked in many of them. Architectural review, enclosure compliance, deck material requirements, all handled.

How do we get started?

Contact us and one of the owners will respond within one business day. We visit the property, assess the current condition, and walk you through what the project would involve before any commitment is made.
