White Glove Pool Maintenance in Southwest Florida
Most pool companies test by sight and move on in fifteen minutes. We test properly, calculate the exact dosage, and treat the water the way it should be treated.
Pool Maintenance
The Difference Between Maintenance and Care
There are a lot of pool companies across Southwest Florida. Most of them send a technician who looks at the water, adds what looks right, brushes the walls, and is gone in ten minutes. That approach keeps the pool passably clear. It does not protect the surface. It does not extend the life of the equipment. And it does not catch problems before they become expensive.
We take a different approach. Every visit starts with a water sample collected at depth and tested with a digital photometer, not a test strip or a visual estimate. The results are used to calculate the exact chemical dosage using LSI methodology, the same framework used by the National Plasterers Council to protect plaster surfaces. We then apply Orenda enzyme treatment to break down non-living organics that chlorine alone cannot remove. The result is water that stays balanced longer, a surface that ages more slowly, and equipment that does not fail ahead of schedule.
The Difference Between Maintenance and Care
- Water sample collected at depth
- Digital photometer testing for all key parameters
- LSI-based chemical dosing calculation and application
- Orinda enzyme treatment
- Brushing of all walls, steps, and benches
- Vacuuming
- Basket cleaning, skimmer and pump
- Filter maintenance and pressure check
- Visual inspection of all visible equipment and pipe connections
- Quarterly: lights and heater run to confirm everything is operational before you need it
Why Chemistry Method Matters in Southwest Florida
Florida’s heat, UV exposure, and high bather loads place significant chemical demands on pool water. Cape Coral’s salt air environment puts additional stress on equipment. Marco Island’s coastal conditions accelerate surface wear. Pools that run year-round with incorrect chemistry deteriorate significantly faster than those maintained to a scientific standard. The difference is visible within a season and structural within a few years.
Seasonal Residents
A significant number of our clients in Bonita Springs, Estero, and Marco Island use their properties seasonally. We structure maintenance programmes around occupancy schedules, including pre-arrival preparation so the pool is clean, balanced, and fully operational before you arrive, and post-departure treatments that protect the surface and equipment while the property is unoccupied.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions: Pool Maintenance
What is LSI balancing and why does it matter?
LSI stands for Langelier Saturation Index. It is a measurement of whether your water is corrosive, balanced, or scale-forming. Water outside the correct LSI range slowly attacks the plaster or aggregates in the pool surface. Maintaining the correct LSI is the single most important factor in how long a pool surface lasts.
What is Orenda enzyme treatment?
Orenda enzyme treatment breaks down non-living organics in the water, things like sunscreen, body oils, and other compounds that chlorine cannot efficiently process. Removing these organics reduces chlorine demand, improves water clarity, and protects the surface over time.
How often does the pool need to be visited?
Weekly visits are the standard. In the summer months across Southwest Florida, with higher temperatures and greater bather loads, weekly is necessary to maintain a properly balanced pool. Fortnightly visits are possible in cooler months for pools with lower usage.
What if something is wrong with the equipment during a visit?
We flag it immediately and let you know what we found, what it means, and what the repair options are. We do not silently note it and hope you do not notice.
Can you maintain pools in gated communities across Naples and Bonita Springs
Yes. We serve clients across all major gated and HOA communities in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and the wider Southwest Florida region. Gate access and community entry procedures are handled as part of our service setup.
Do you offer seasonal programmes for part-time residents?
Yes. We structure programmes around occupancy schedules for clients in Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, and elsewhere who use their properties seasonally. Pre-arrival preparation and post-departure treatments are included as standard.
How do we get started?
Contact us and one of the owners will visit the property, assess the current pool condition and chemistry, and walk you through what the maintenance programme would involve.
