Private Consultation
The process begins with a focused conversation about the property, the way you live outside, and the result you want from the pool. No pressure, no pitch — just a direct discussion led by the owner.
From the first conversation to the day you swim, here is exactly how we build a pool. Every step. No shortcuts.
The process begins with a focused conversation about the property, the way you live outside, and the result you want from the pool. No pressure, no pitch — just a direct discussion led by the owner.
We assess the site conditions: soil type, drainage patterns, setbacks, utility locations, waterfront access, and HOA restrictions. Site data shapes every subsequent decision.
Inspection Checkpoint
Design and engineering are developed in tandem. Shell geometry, water line placement, coping material, equipment pad location, lighting positions, and landscape integration are reviewed as an interconnected system — not as separate vendor decisions.
Structural engineering, hydraulic calculations, and permit packages are submitted to the appropriate municipalities. We manage permitting from application through approval, including coordination with waterfront agencies where applicable.
Inspection Checkpoint
Before breaking ground, we hold a detailed pre-construction meeting with the property owner. Construction timeline, access requirements, material lead times, and inspection checkpoints are reviewed and confirmed.
The pool outline is staked, elevation benchmarks are set, and excavation begins. Spoil removal, dewatering when required, and haul logistics are handled with minimum disruption to the landscape and adjacent structures.
Inspection Checkpoint
Rebar placement follows engineered specifications and is inspected before shotcrete or gunite application. Shell thickness, compaction, and waterproofing are documented at this stage.
Inspection CheckpointPool plumbing runs, bonding wire, conduit, niche locations, and light positions are installed and inspected. Hydraulic balance is verified against the original design calculations.
Inspection Checkpoint
Coping material, deck surface, and waterline tile are installed according to the approved design. Material selection, joint patterns, drainage slope, and slip resistance are reviewed for both aesthetics and long-term performance.
Pump, filter, heater, automation system, and sanitizer equipment are installed and wired by licensed technicians. Equipment pad, conduit runs, and bonding connections are completed and inspected.
Inspection Checkpoint
Plaster, pebble, or tile finish is applied by a certified crew. Pre-plaster inspection confirms substrate condition, bond coat integrity, and bead placement before the finish coat begins.
Inspection CheckpointWater fill, chemistry balancing, and plaster startup protocol are managed by the owner's team. LSI balancing, initial brush schedule, and chemistry logs protect the plaster during the critical cure window.
Inspection Checkpoint
A formal final inspection confirms all work against the permitted plans and the original project scope. Punch list items are documented and resolved before the client walkthrough is scheduled.
Inspection CheckpointThe owner walks the completed pool and equipment with the project lead. Equipment operation, automation programming, water care schedule, and warranty documentation are reviewed in person. Ongoing maintenance options are presented at handover, not after.
This is how we protect the client, the property, and the finished pool.
