Can you repair storm damage to an existing enclosure?
Yes. After a storm, we assess whether the damage is limited to screens and minor frame sections, which can be repaired economically, or whether the structure has been compromised, which may warrant a full replacement.
Do HOA communities in Naples or Bonita Springs require specific enclosure styles?
Many do. Enclosure height, screen colour, frame colour, and roof pitch can all be subject to HOA architectural requirements. We are familiar with the requirements across the major communities and manage HOA coordination as part of the project.
Does an enclosure require bonding?
